Complete the Pilbara DAMA Request for Endorsement Form and work through the requirements.

A checklist is available for you to ensure you have all of the supporting documentation required to submit with your application - Checklist

** Ensure that all of the information required is completed in the form. If the form is incomplete, or supporting information is not provided, it may delay the processing of your application.

Complete and lodge your application form by emailing to dama@rdapilbara.org.au, with required evidence. Once received you will be invoiced by RDA Pilbara for the number of nominations (positions) you are requesting. Assessment will not commence until RDA Pilbara has received your payment of the application fee.

Application Assessment

RDA Pilbara will assess your application for endorsement and provide initial feedback where required within 5 business days of the date of lodgement.

Your application for endorsement will be valid for three months from the date of lodgement, to enable time for the provision of additional information to us, where requested.

If the business is endorsed by RDA Pilbara, you will receive confirmation by email that the application was successful.

If your application is unsuccessful, you will also be advised.

Your Business Endorsement under the Pilbara DAMA is valid for a period of 12 months.

Request for Labour Agreement Lodged by Employer

RDA Pilbara will provide you with an online application guide (from the Department of Home Affairs) which will guide you through the online DAMA labour agreement request process. This guide provides very specific instructions and assistance with the overall process for lodging a request through ImmiAccount.
