Settlement Services for Migrants in the Pilbara

Regional Development Australia (RDA) Pilbara is excited to announce that we will be providing Settlement Services for new migrants across the Pilbara for the next 2 years.  We have received funding from the Department of Training and Workforce Development to assist new migrants in the Pilbara.

This program is aimed to improve connections for migrants with essential services and community, specific to the Pilbara region.  Services under this initiative will strive to create a sense of welcoming and belonging, connecting migrants and their families with essential services, expanding a migrant workers’ network and contribute to attracting and retaining migrants in regional areas.

For migrants who are arriving or have arrived in the Pilbara in the past 12 months, this service is now available via phone and email.  A walk-in service is also available at RDA Pilbara in Karratha.
